Registration for the 2026–2027 competition will begin on Wednesday, June 17, at noon (Quebec time) and will end on Wednesday, August 12, at 11:59 p.m. (Quebec time).

Merit scholarships for international vocational training students

  • A scholarship to cover living expenses for the duration of the vocational training
  • Exemption from tuition fees for international students
  • Medical coverage by the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) for the duration of your studies

For the 2026–2027 academic year, a budget of $1,680,000 has been allocated for merit-based scholarships (ranging from $14,000 to $26,600 per recipient).


Tuition Exemption

A maximum number of tuition waivers may be awarded each year. Recipients of a tuition waiver do not receive a stipend and are not covered by health insurance.

Éducation internationale encourages and promotes students who apply independently. Otherwise, applications may be rejected.
